Baby Shower
My aunt Kim made these gorgeous mini cheesecake cupcakes that were seriously to die for! |
The 30 week bump! I realized this is probably one of the very last photos we will have taken where it's just Matt, Hank, and me.
I'm not huge on party games, so this was kind of a fun one. I consulted Matt on my answers, so they aren't just my opinion!
The amazing macarons were from Incredibly Delicious, my favorite bakery of all time. They also did all of the desserts for our wedding. These flavors were pistachio, strawberry, lemon, and my personal favorite: black currant with dark chocolate ganache!
My amazing mama and me before the guests arrived.
Handsome Hank in one of his famous bowties. I don't know what we were discussing below, but it sure seems serious.
Food. For. Days.
These gorgeous glam baby shower invites were from an Etsy shop. We just paid to download the file, and then had a local store print them for us.
The dress I am wearing in the pictures was a sale item from Modcloth. I get tons of my dresses from their website, and it's safe to say that I am obsessed! This one was not a maternity dress, but when I read the reviews, everyone said it fit "like a tent." That's how I knew it was meant to be! At this stage in my pregnancy, I would wear flow dresses every single day if I could; they are just so comfortable. And, in my typical overdressed fashion, I added an old gold headband that I got from Urban Outfitters. As every dancer and former dancer knows, no look is truly complete without some sort of bling in your hair!
Hope everyone's 2016 is off to an amazing start! What are you most looking forward to about this year?
